VTCA’s Annual Meeting is family-friendly! As usual, we will offer our traditional “Family Breakfast” area for those not attending the business-focused breakfast.

Camp Hard Hat Child Care
Available Thursday, Friday & Saturday Evenings for ages 4-14
Camp Hard Hat Registration Deadline: June 28, 2024
Childcare services provided by a fully licensed and insured company. Your kids will enjoy a wide variety of age-appropriate activities. On Thursday and Friday kids will enjoy snacks and drinks. On Saturday, dinner and dessert will be served. The cost is $25 per each child. Children must be potty trained.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before 5:00 pm on June 28, 2024, will incur an administrative fee of $50 per adult. Refunds are not available after June 28, 2024. Substitutions are welcome.
