2025 VTCA Dialogue with the Northern Virginia District

Join us, along with your industry peers, Northern Virginia District Staff and local leaders for education and networking at this year’s Northern Virginia District Dialogue. NOVA District Engineer Bill Cuttler will host this year’s program, which will highlight VDOT initiatives, as well as those of the four counties that encompass the Northern Virginia district. This year’s program will also feature the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority’s “blueprint for a regional Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system”.  VTCA’s Gordon Dixon will share an update on VTCA’s legislative activity and then introduce a panel of industry leaders who will share perspectives from VTCA’s three primary member sectors – Contractors, Engineers, and Aggregate Producers. Wrapping up the half day program, attendees will continue in-person dialogue at the themed lunch roundtables with VDOT and industry professionals.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $25.00 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business September 16, 2025.  Cancellations received after September 16 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
