2023 Spring Transportation Conference Exhibits

Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials and services available to facilitate your success.

VTCA members have priority choice for exhibit space through February 23, 2023.  After that date, remaining exhibit space will be offered to non-members.  Non-members  are  encouraged  to  send  in  Exhibitor Registration forms and will be placed on a waiting list until February 24 when booth assignments will be made in the order of receipt and on a space available basis.

Trade Show Booths include: 

• 1 COMPLIMENTARY Conference Registration!
• Complimentary  electricity
• 10 ft. wide by 8 ft. deep space
• 6 ft. skirted table
• 2 chairs
• Pipe and drape

Exhibit space will be assigned by VTCA on a first come, first served basis with a limit of one booth per company.

Cancellation Policy:  Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less an administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business March 15.  The administrative fee is $250.  Cancellations received after March 15 are not eligible for refunds.
