If your business is involved in Virginia’s transportation construction industry or the non-mineral mining industry, then you should be a VTCA member. Four membership categories support the issues and concerns relevant to contractors, aggregate producers, engineering consultants and the suppliers of goods and supportive services. A non-refundable membership application fee of $425.00 will be due at the time of application and applied to the dues and fees for the first year of membership upon approval of membership to VTCA.
Contractor
Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the transportation construction industry as a contractor or subcontractor in Virginia shall be eligible to become a Contractor Member of the Alliance.

Engineering Consultant
Any person, firm or corporation engaged in business areas such as architecture, engineering, geology, environmental engineering, and other consultant fields associated with the transportation construction industry in Virginia, shall be eligible to become an Engineering Consultant Member.

Associate
Associate Members shall be those whose business or profession includes the furnishing of services, equipment, materials (with the exception of aggregates materials) and other supplies for the construction, maintenance and repair of transportation infrastructure

Aggregate Producer
Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the marketing of non-fuel minerals in Virginia or engaged in the production of non-fuel minerals outside of Virginia that are shipped into Virginia shall be eligible to become an Aggregate Producer Member of the Alliance.

Government
Individuals who work directly for government, academia and not-for-profit organizations can set up a free VTCA account to receive general communications and register for events.
