2023 VTCA Dialogue with the Northern Virginia District

Join us, along with your industry peers, Northern Virginia District Staff and local leaders for education and networking at this year’s Northern Virginia District Dialogue.  The program will include insight into VDOT’s transportation program specific to the Northern Virginia district. NOVA District Engineer John D. Lynch will lead his staff through detailed presentations covering the District’s construction, preliminary engineering, maintenance, operations and mega project activities.  VTCA’s Gordon Dixon will also share timely details on VTCA’s legislative activity in preparation for the 2024 General Assembly. Wrapping up the half day program attendees will continue in-person dialogue at the themed lunch roundtables with VDOT and industry professionals.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business November 3, 2023.  Cancellations received after November 3 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
