VTCA-VDOT Consultant Forum

Consultant Engineers are invaluable in delivering Virginia’s growing transportation program.  With unprecedented growth in the program, VDOT and local governments depend on the efficiencies and expertise the consultant industry provides.  Understanding the Department’s goals, plans, and expectations to deliver a robust transportation system to Virginia is essential for your company's success. Join us this fall to learn firsthand from VDOT’s leadership and staff responsible for procurement and administration of VDOT’s consultant engineer program. Whether you specialize in design, inspection, staff augmentation, or all three, you will want to be at this year’s VTCA-VDOT Consultant Forum.  

This year’s theme will be “Embracing Change Moving Forward.”  Opening comments from VTCA’s Leadership and ECLC Vice Chair Randy Wirt, ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, will be followed by a discussion with leadership from VDOT,  FHWA and Virginia Passenger Rail Authority.   

This year in anticipation of the upcoming election, we will hear from Bob Holsworth, Decide Smart. This session will provide an in-depth analysis of the potential impacts on various sectors, offering valuable insights into the political landscape and its implications for the future.

We will not be accepting onsite registrations.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $35 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business August 21, 2024.  Cancellations received after August 21 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
