The Aggregate Producer Environmental Committee works to keep members abreast of new, proposed, and existing environmental regulations. This committee also assists member companies in the interpretation and ramifications of compliance with environmental regulations and standards, and helps seek relief from agencies displaying inconsistent or unjustifiable regulations, interpretations and enforcement procedures.
