Objective
The VTCA Lobby Day aims to advocate for the interests of our industry and promote policies that support safety and sustainability. By engaging with policymakers and their staff, we strive to influence legislation and regulations that impact our members positively. 2025 will be a short, fast paced Session with Delegates up for re-election in November – they want to hear from businesses like yours.

Dress professionally and respectfully and maintain a constructive and positive demeanor during interactions with policymakers and their staff. Thank you for your participation in advancing our industry's interests through advocacy and engagement.

This event is free to all members, but members must log in and register to ensure they receive materials on the day of the event.

- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Registration
- 8:30: Welcome remarks from the Trade Association leadership. Distribution of lobby day materials including talking points, fact sheets, and schedules.
- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Transportation Committee
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Policy Briefings and Training and Visits with Legislators
