The Frazier Quarry Announces Paul H. Vining Elected to Board of Directors

The Frazier Quarry Inc. is pleased to announce that Paul H. Vining has been elected to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. With over 40 years of experience in the natural resource and energy space, Mr. Vining brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience which will provide Frazier Quarry with valuable depth and knowledge as the company looks to future growth opportunities.

Mr. Vining is currently Chairman of Westmoreland Mining, L.L.C., an energy company based in Denver Colorado, and a former board member of Foresight Energy (formerly NYSE: FELP).

Mr. Vining earned a BS in Mineral Engineering, an MS in Extractive Metallurgy from Columbia University and a BS in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary. He currently resides in The Plains, VA.
