Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials, and services available to facilitate your success and there will be equipment on display.  

VTCA members have priority choice for exhibit space through February 25, 2025.  After that date, the remaining exhibit space will be offered to non-members.  Non-members are encouraged to email Stephanie Rusnak to be placed on a waiting list until February 26 when they will be notified of the remaining booth space. 

Trade Show Booths include:

  • 8 ft. wide by 8 ft. deep space
  • 6 ft. skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • Pipe and drape
  • Exhibit space will be assigned by VTCA on a first come, first served basis with a limit of one booth per company.

Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less an administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received before the close of business on April 1.  The administrative fee is $250.  Cancellations received after April 1 are not eligible for refunds.
