During your stay at Rio Mar, find the perfect Puerto Rico retreat in one of 400 spacious guest rooms and suites, well-appointed with vibrant decor that draws from the surrounding jungle, sun, and surf. Each room at Rio Mar offers mesmerizing balcony views, plush bedding, and contemporary amenities in an environment of tropical tranquility. Every room has either a view of the beach or the rainforest. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Accommodations at the group rate are available three days pre/post to our meeting dates, based on availability.
Run of house rooms are $299 plus taxes and fees below:
- 11% government tax
- 22% resort fee, subject to tax
- $2.50 housekeeping gratuity per room per night
- $7.00 one time Porterage fee per person, subject to tax
The resort fee includes internal resort shuttle transportation, use of fitness center, daily English newspaper, in-room safe, unlimited range golf balls, recreational amenities, daily guest activities, beach and pool towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas, beach attendant service, in-room water and Puerto Rican coffee, and luggage storage for early arrival or late departure.

The cut-off date is January 3, 2025, or when the block is full. Reservations will require a one-night deposit in the amount of one night’s room rate. Cancellations or modifications must be made 72 hours or more before arrival to avoid a one-night room rate and tax charge.
