VDOT's Modernized Statewide Bid Tab Query Launch Party

VDOT’s Cost Estimation Office (CEO) will officially “launch” the Modernized Statewide Bid Tab Query (SWBTQ) tomorrow, August 14, which has been designed to be a publicly accessible analysis tool for Bid Tabs. It is powered by actual bids that the Department receives and awards. It offers a variety of searching criteria, statistical analysis for queries and scatter plotting of results. It includes the capability of indexing historical unit costs per the NHCCI inflation index, among many other features.
